Katy Manor Owners Can Register for Association Notices by Email
Katy Manor owners who want annual and special membership meeting notices by email need to register an address with the association and keep it current. The community’s recorded Email Registration Policy makes that an owner responsibility; simply having an email account does not enroll it for association notices.
How to Register or Update an Address
The policy asks owners to provide their name, property address, phone number and email address through the association’s website, if available, or to the community manager. Owners can start at Crest Management’s Katy Manor page and select Homeowner Login. First-time portal users can choose “Not Registered Yet?” to request access. Crest also lists 281-579-0761 for help reaching the management team.
An owner who changes email addresses should update the association record, too. The policy warns that owners may miss annual or special meeting email notices if no current address is registered. Crest’s homeowner dashboard also provides account information and community resources, but meeting-notice registration is the immediate reason to check99 the contact details now.
