Katy Manor National Night Out Brings Neighbors and First Responders Together October 6
An evening close to home is on the calendar for Katy Manor families: National Night Out takes place Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Katy Manor North Splash Pad. Residents are invited to bring a folding chair, meet their neighbors and spend time with local first responders.
The community’s event poster lists Harris County Constable Precinct 5 and Waller-Harris ESD 200 among the participating safety partners. The gathering gives residents a chance to meet officers and first responders in a relaxed neighborhood setting.
Food, Games and Tree Questions
Plans include games for children and music. Texan Landscaping Rivera is sponsoring pizza, while Advanced Aquatics is sponsoring drinks and snacks.
Cody’s Tree Service also plans to attend. The poster identifies the business as owned by an ISA Certified Arborist and invites residents to bring their tree questions.
Bring a Chair and Lend a Hand
Residents who would like to volunteer can respond to the National Night Out post on the Katy Manor Residents-Official Facebook page, according to the community submission. A folding chair is the item organizers ask families to bring.
