“This is what commitment looks like,” Katy ISD Executive Director of Athletics Lance Carter said. “These student-athletes have put in the early mornings, the extra reps and the classroom work. Signing Day is more than a ceremony — it is the reward for years of discipline and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.”

Continuing a Tradition of Excellence

For generations of Katy families, National Signing Day at Katy High School has symbolized both tradition and aspiration. These signings represent the intersection of academic discipline and athletic achievement that defines Katy ISD athletics.

As these Tigers transition to collegiate competition, they carry forward a legacy that younger students in Katy continue to watch closely.
