Josephine West Crowned Miss Tomball 2024
In a dazzling display of talent, grace, and community spirit, Josephine West, a senior at Tomball Memorial High School, was crowned the prestigious title of Miss Tomball 2024. The event, held at the Tomball High School Auditorium on November 18, brought together young ladies from across Tomball to showcase the city's vibrancy and family-friendly atmosphere.
Presented by Aloha Beauty Lounge and sponsored by the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, the Miss Tomball 2024 Pageant is a cherished community tradition that honors the best of Tomball. Josephine West, standing out among the impressive lineup of contestants, emerged as the deserving winner, embodying the qualities that make Tomball a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

In addition to the coveted Miss Tomball title, other accolades included Miss Congeniality, Diane N. Holland Excellence in Leadership Award, and Sandy Krug Community Service Award. Collectively, the recipients of these awards will be awarded over $4,000 in scholarships.
The winners of the evening's awards were as follows:
- Miss Tomball 2024: Josephine West
- First Runner Up: Elizabeth Northway
- Second Runner Up: Akshita Santra
- Third Runner Up: Mary Anne Eckel
- 4th Runner Up: Jordi Frost
Special recognitions and awards included Miss Congeniality presented to Mary Anne Eckel, Best Parade Float awarded to Jordi Frost, Diane Holland Community Service Award received by Mary Anne Eckel, and Sandy Krug Excellence in Leadership Award bestowed upon Elizabeth Northway.
The Miss Tomball Pageant not only crowns a deserving Miss Tomball but also serves as an opportunity for the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce to host a scholarship pageant for young women in Tomball schools. This event provides each participant with a unique experience in public speaking and stage presentation. Miss Tomball, as the ambassador of the Chamber, will represent the community at various events throughout the year, embodying the city's spirit and pride.
