Mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Water Smart Festival happening on Saturday, October 12th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM! Sponsored by HC MUD 374 and HC MUD 433, this exciting event will take place at the Phase Three Rec Center, located at 10080 Cypress Creek Bend Dr.
