Inwood Park HOA Needs One More Voice: ACC Volunteer Opportunity
If you’ve ever replaced a fence, added a patio, or picked a new paint color, you’ve probably filled out an Exterior Modification Request (EMR). Behind each of those requests is a small group of neighbors quietly helping things run smoothly: the Architectural Control Committee, or ACC.
Right now, the Inwood Park HOA is looking for one new volunteer to join that team.
What’s involved?
This is a virtual role with a very manageable time commitment. ACC members typically review 5 to 10 EMRs per month, including projects like paint changes, roof replacements, or backyard improvements. The work is done online at your convenience—no in-person meetings or special software required.
As a committee member, your role is to ensure that each request follows the community’s Governing Documents. That means helping maintain consistency and fairness, not judging based on personal preference. It’s about upholding the standards that protect Inwood Park’s curb appeal and property values.
