Introducing Jaliylah Dillion: West Memorial’s New Community Manager
West Memorial residents, meet your new Community Manager, Jaliylah Dillion! Jaliylah is part of the team at Goodwin & Company and will be your primary point of contact for all community-related matters going forward. She is excited to connect with residents and ensure the smooth operation of your neighborhood.
Jaliylah brings a strong background in business management and community engagement. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and recently completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Western Governors University in 2022. In addition, she earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification, which she completed in February 2024.
Before joining Goodwin, Jaliylah gained valuable experience in various administrative and management roles. She worked as an Engagement Specialist, an Externship Administrator, and an Enrollment Processor/Office Manager at The Art Institutes, where she developed her skills in customer service, organization, and community outreach.
As Community Manager, Jaliylah is dedicated to fostering a positive, well-managed environment for all residents. She looks forward to supporting the West Memorial community and ensuring that all your needs are met.
