Important Update for Oak Park Trails Residents
Summer is here, and many residents are enjoying the neighborhood pool in Oak Park Trails to beat the heat. A-Beautiful Pools, Inc., the pool management team for Oak Park Trails, recently shared an important policy update to help ensure the safety of all residents at the pool, as well as lifeguard staff.
Unfortunately, they’ve noticed an increase in negative interactions between residents and lifeguard staff at the pool. Moving forward, please note that any resident using inappropriate language, name-calling, or displaying threatening behavior toward the lifeguards will prompt immediate police involvement. Following such incidents, the HOA Board will review the resident’s access to community amenities as per the Association’s By-Laws.
As you enjoy the pool facilities, please be mindful of your tone, approach, and language when interacting with the lifeguard staff.
