Important HOA Reminders for Copperfield Place Village: Board Meeting, Dues & Deed Restrictions
As the holiday season approaches, it's also an important time for Copperfield Place Village residents to stay on top of essential HOA updates. Here’s what every homeowner should know to remain in good standing and connected with the community:
November HOA Board Meeting – Your Voice Matters
The next HOA Board meeting is set for Monday, November 24 at 6:30 PM at the Copperfield Community Center. This is your opportunity to hear the latest on community projects, ask questions, and engage directly with neighborhood decision-makers. Resident participation plays a vital role in building a stronger, more connected community.
HOA Dues Invoices Have Been Sent
Invoices for HOA dues were recently mailed to all Copperfield Place Village homeowners. If you haven’t received yours, please contact SBB Community Management to verify your mailing address and get a copy.

You can conveniently pay dues through the SBB portal. If needed, you’re encouraged to reach out and set up a payment plan with SBB rather than risk accruing late fees or penalties. Staying current on dues helps maintain shared spaces and services that benefit the entire community.
Understand Your Deed Restrictions and By-Laws
When you purchased your home, you agreed to abide by the community’s deed restrictions and by-laws, which are designed to protect your investment and maintain neighborhood quality. These important guidelines cover everything from property maintenance to approved architectural changes.
If you’re unsure of the details or would like a refresher, copies of the restrictions and by-laws are available in the homeowner portal for easy access. Understanding and following these rules helps avoid violations—and unexpected costs—while keeping Copperfield Place Village a great place to live.
