ICYMI: Hearthstone HOA Hosts Annual Meeting and Encourages Resident Involvement
Residents of Hearthstone came together on January 19, 2026 at the Hearthstone Country Club for the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting, providing a valuable opportunity for homeowners to hear updates, engage with leadership, and learn about ongoing community initiatives. Held on November 19, the meeting was called to order by Community Manager Cassandra Perez, who confirmed that quorum had been met and facilitated the evening’s proceedings.
With all but two current Board members present, residents had the opportunity to be introduced to the leadership team, including Perez, who represents Inframark, the HOA’s management company.
Key Highlights from the Meeting
Street Parking Clarifications
Captain Bennett shared a report from the Constable’s office, answering community questions about street parking. Residents were reminded that vehicles parked on the street must be legally positioned, remain 30 feet from stop signs, and at least 15 feet from fire hydrants.
Board Elections
Two Board seats were up for election. Incumbent Amber Stoltz and Nicole Allen were the sole candidates and, with no additional nominations, were elected by acclamation to serve until 2028.
Garden Club Initiatives
The Hearthstone Garden Club announced plans for a new friendship garden in collaboration with Texas A&M students. The project is slated for completion by spring, with additional plans in motion to create a small dog park. The HOA also replaced a deteriorating Little Free Library, ensuring continued access to this beloved community resource.
