What to Know Before You Book
To ensure everyone enjoys the facility and it remains in top condition for future renters, a set of Cimarron Clubhouse rental rules must be followed. Here are a few key guidelines:
- The clubhouse is only available to Cimarron residents.
- After your event, floors (including bathrooms) must be swept and mopped, and kitchen counters and sinks must be wiped down.
- Walls must be cleaned of handprints and debris — but remember, no decorations may be taped, tacked, or attached to walls.
- The air conditioning must be turned off, and all lights and doors must be secured after use.
- All trash, both inside and outside, must be removed — do not leave trash in the park or clubhouse bins.
- To be respectful of the neighborhood, loud music is prohibited, and no smoking or pets are allowed inside the clubhouse.
- The clubhouse key must be returned immediately after your event in the designated lockbox.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in a fine, loss of deposit, or denial of future clubhouse access.
If you notice someone misusing the clubhouse or violating rental rules, you’re encouraged to report it to the Cimarron Community Improvement Association's management company to help preserve the space for everyone.
