How to Book Your Pool Party in Cinco Ranch with A-Beautiful Pools

A-Beautiful Pools is now offering reservations for enchanting pool parties at the Beach Club, Equestrian Village, Greenway Highland Park, North Park, South Ranch, and Waterpark pools. Whether you're a homeowner or a renter, you have the privilege to book your pool party as long as you're 21 years old and in good standing with the neighborhood association. Remember that safety comes first, so one adult chaperone is required for every 10 attendees under 21 years of age.
All parties are subject to a $110 rental fee. With a $250 refundable deposit in place, you can be at ease knowing that as long as you leave the facility in perfect condition, you can expect a complete refund. Please note that these fees are in addition to the fees charged by A-Beautiful Pools, and all fees are included in the total price when booking a party.
Each resident has to fill a Release and Indemnification Form to ensure complete transparency and responsibility. This form is provided upon receiving the reservation and will be sent to CRPA for final approval.
Same-day pool parties can be scheduled during or after the pool hours. A 14-day advance notice is required for booking, reserving, and payment. However, don't let a short-term plan faze you. If you've missed the deadline but still wish to hold a party within a 10-13 day period, A-Beautiful Pools could still accommodate your request, albeit with a small late fee.
From the Highland Park to Equestrian Village, the prices differ based on the size of the gathering and the venue. The two-hour party tag ranges from $400 up to $1400 and is inclusive of pre-party set-up and post-party clean-up time.
A-Beautiful Pools and CRPA encourages a fun, safe environment and as such, alcohol, glass containers, open flames, and food preparation within the pool area are a strictly prohibited.
