Lakehouse Rental Details and Guidelines
The Lakemont Lakehouse is available for both residents and non-residents of the community, offering a beautiful and well-equipped space for your events. With 46 chairs and 7 tables available for use, you can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests. For those looking to host a poolside party, the Lakehouse also offers the option to rent the pool after hours for private events. Please note, the pool is available only from 8:00 p.m. to midnight, and lifeguards must be arranged in advance.
Rentals are available Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with options for extending your reservation for an hourly rate if the venue is available. The facility can be rented for a minimum of three hours, and a deposit is required to secure your reservation. Be sure to submit your request online at least two weeks before your event, and remember that payments must be made within three days to confirm your booking.
Event Rules and Amenities
While hosting your event, be sure to follow a few simple guidelines to ensure everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant time. The kitchen is available for use, but please note that dishware and cleaning supplies are not provided. For your convenience, no smoking or alcohol is allowed on the premises, and guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit of 50 people. The Lakehouse also has video surveillance for security.
To keep the space beautiful and welcoming for future events, renters are responsible for cleaning up after their gathering, bagging all trash, and returning furniture to its designated storage area. And if you're planning a holiday extravaganza, don’t forget to check out the rules for decorations—only free-standing items are allowed, and helium balloons are prohibited.
