Help Shape the Future of Middlegate Village: HOA Board Candidate Call Now Open

October 02 2025

Middlegate Village residents have a special opportunity this fall to step up and serve the community they call home. The Middlegate Village Community Association in Copperfield has announced an open call for candidates to run for two seats on the HOA Board of Directors, each serving a three-year term. The election will take place during the 2025 Annual Meeting of Members.

For those who care deeply about neighborhood values, community upkeep, and homeowner engagement, joining the Board is a meaningful way to contribute. The deadline to submit your Candidate Information Form is noon on October 10, 2025. Candidates must be willing to attend regular Board meetings, answer emails, work on resident issues, and help manage community projects throughout the year.

Why Serve on the HOA Board?

Serving on the HOA Board gives residents a chance to:

  • Be a voice for neighbors and help guide the direction of community policies and improvements.

  • Ensure transparency and fairness in decisions that affect landscaping, amenities, budgets, and more.

  • Build connections with fellow residents and Crest Management as you work together to improve the quality of life in Middlegate Village.

  • Preserve property values by helping enforce deed restrictions, maintain common areas, and uphold community standards.

It’s a rewarding experience that helps shape the future of the neighborhood, and it doesn’t require prior HOA experience—just a commitment to serve and a desire to see Middlegate thrive.
