Hearthstone HOA Coordinates with Ezee Fiber on Property Damage Repairs

January 16 2026

As fiber installation continues throughout the Hearthstone neighborhood, the Hearthstone Homeowners Association (HOA) has been actively working with Ezee Fiber to address reports of property damage caused by construction teams.

In recent weeks, several homeowners and HOA board members have reported issues related to common area disturbances and private property damage due to ongoing fiber installation. In response, a Community Relations Manager from Ezee Fiber has been in contact with the HOA to begin addressing the concerns and offer a streamlined way for affected residents to report damage directly.

To ensure all affected homeowners receive timely assistance, Ezee Fiber has requested that residents submit the following information via email to construction@ezeefiber.com:

  • The exact location of the damage (GPS coordinates if possible, or the home address)
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Any invoices for completed repairs (if the homeowner has already paid out-of-pocket)

This process will help Ezee Fiber’s construction team review, evaluate, and coordinate necessary repairs or reimbursement for property damage claims.

The HOA expressed appreciation for the residents who have taken the time to report issues, particularly in shared spaces. These reports have already been escalated and are under review to be resolved in collaboration with Ezee Fiber.

Residents are reminded to remain vigilant as construction continues and to document any concerns as quickly as possible. As Hearthstone continues to adapt to the addition of high-speed internet infrastructure, cooperation between the community and service providers remains essential in protecting both private and public property.
