Hearthstone HOA Annual Meeting Set for November 19: Residents Encouraged to Attend and Get Involved
Hearthstone neighbors, mark your calendars: the 2025 Hearthstone Homeowners Association (HOA) Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6:00 PM — and residents are strongly encouraged to attend.
Held once a year, the Annual Meeting serves as a key touchpoint between homeowners, the HOA Board, and community management. It’s a chance to come together, share ideas, ask questions, and have a say in the direction of the neighborhood. For many residents, it’s one of the most meaningful ways to stay informed and get involved in the life of the community.
At this year’s meeting, attendees can expect updates on current and upcoming improvement projects, insights into the community’s financial health and budget planning, and an open forum to hear directly from the HOA Board and management team. The agenda will also include opportunities for Q&A, community discussion, and voting on proposed items and Board candidates — all of which help shape the future of Hearthstone.

Last week, residents received official meeting notice and proxy form from Inframark, including documents requiring review or vote. Homeowners are encouraged to read through them carefully ahead of time and come prepared to engage. Note that proxies are due by 12:00 PM on November 17, 2025, and they can be submitted via email to the community manager or given to a neighbor who will attend the meeting.
As stated in the official meeting notice, gift cards will be awarded to five members who send in a proxy or attend the meeting. You do not need to be present to win!
