Hearthstone Garden Club Announces November Yard of the Month
If you’ve driven past 7418 Tunbury lately, you’ve probably slowed down to take in the colorful curb appeal. And for good reason — Kathy and Dee Williams have been named Hearthstone’s Yard of the Month for November 2025.
This isn’t the first time the couple’s picture-perfect landscape has caught the eye of the Hearthstone Garden Club. In fact, it’s the third time the Williams’ yard has been honored — and it’s easy to see why.
Even though the honeysuckle vine wasn’t in bloom this month, the rest of the yard was bursting with color. Along the front beds, bright zinnias and marigolds cheerfully line the walkway, while azaleas and begonias pop in the shadier corners of the property, creating a lush and welcoming scene.

Kathy & Dee Williams of 7418 Tunbury
When asked how she manages to keep everything looking so fresh, Kathy Williams kept it simple: “I make biannual trips to the garden store and buy anything that strikes my fancy,” she shared with a smile. “Occasionally, when the weather is not cooperative, an additional fill-in is required.”
Her laid-back, creative approach clearly works. The result is a yard that feels both beautifully maintained and full of personality — a reflection of Kathy’s eye for color and love for gardening.
Yard of the Month organizer Carol Boyd, who helps coordinate the program through the Hearthstone Garden Club, offered her heartfelt congratulations: “Well done!”

The Yard of the Month program celebrates homeowners who help make Hearthstone such a warm and inviting place to live. It’s neighbors like the Williamses — who care for their space and share its beauty with the rest of the community — who make the neighborhood feel like home.
If you’re looking for a little inspiration for your own yard or wondering how to get involved with the Hearthstone Garden Club, this month’s winners are a great reminder that gardening can be as joyful as it is rewarding.
Congratulations to Kathy and Dee Williams!
