Residents of Falcon Point East, did you know that your gated community access is designed for both security and convenience? Here’s everything you need to know about using your access code, helping visitors enter, and obtaining gate transmitters and pool tags.
Gaining Access to Your Community
Falcon Point East is a limited-access gated community, and residents can enter their section using either a transmitteror a 4-digit access code.

Transmitters grant access to all four community sections.

Your assigned 4-digit access code (e.g., #XXXX) works only for your designated section.

Don’t know your access code? Simply fill out the registration form here and submit it to FPE.gates@gmail.comto receive your assigned code.
Visitors at the Gate? Here’s What to Do!
If a guest is arriving, they can look up your name on the gate telephone entry pedestal. The system will call the phone number linked to your address, allowing you to grant or deny access.

Press “9” to open the gate.

Press “#” to deny entry.
Need a Gate Transmitter or Pool Tag?

Transmitters ($25 each) allow access to all four sections.

Pool tags ($15 each) are reused yearly as long as assessments are current.

To purchase, fill out the registration form and email it to FPE.gates@gmail.com. The Gate Committee will arrange a pickup or delivery time. Payments must be made by personal check or money order payable to Falcon Point East HOA.
