Harvest Bend 2025 Pool ID Card Registration: Dates, Prices, and What Residents Need to Know
With warm weather just around the corner, Harvest Bend residents are getting ready for another summer of poolside fun—and that starts with Pool ID Card Registration. The 2025 registration process has officially begun, and the Harvest Bend Homeowners Association is encouraging all residents to complete their registration early to enjoy discounted prices and a smooth start to the season.
Whether you're renewing an existing ID or requesting a new one, having a valid Harvest Bend pool ID card is required for all residents aged three and older to access the neighborhood pool.

Early Registration Pricing
- $1 per renewal sticker
- $9 per new pool ID card
- Payments must be made by cash or check.

Late Registration Starts May 27
Beginning May 27, late registration goes into effect and continues throughout the 2025 pool season. During this period, residents must schedule an appointment with ACMP by contacting james@acmpinc.com to have new pool ID cards issued.

Important Pool Access Information
To streamline the process and ensure compliance with pool access rules, residents should note the following:
- All residents three years or older must have a pool ID card
- All new ID card holders must be present at registration to have their photo taken
- Renewals require the physical card to receive a sticker
- Renters must show proof of residence in Harvest Bend (e.g., utility bill or ID with property address)
- Guest passes are available through ACMP for $10 each and include 10 uses per pass
