Grayson Lakes HOA Annual Meeting: Your Voice, Your Vote, Your Community
The Grayson Lakes community will come together for its Annual HOA Meeting on Thursday, October 23 at 6:30 PM, held at the Grayson Lakes Clubhouse. This yearly gathering is more than just a formality—it’s a vital opportunity for homeowners to influence the direction of the neighborhood, connect with one another, and engage with the decisions that shape daily life in Grayson Lakes.
This year’s agenda includes three key items: Board of Directors elections, community updates and input, and a proposed by-law amendment to allow future electronic voting—a change that could make participation easier and more convenient for many.
Shaping the Future, One Vote at a Time
Three Board of Directors positions are up for election this year, and residents will cast their votes at the meeting. These roles are essential to maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in Grayson Lakes, and all homeowners are encouraged to take part in the selection process.
In addition to elections, the Board will present the annual budget overview and committee updates, and invite feedback from homeowners on community priorities. Whether your interests lie in landscaping, amenities, events, or long-term planning, this is the time to share your ideas.

A vote will also be held to amend the community by-laws to allow electronic voting in the future. This would give residents the flexibility to participate in HOA elections and major decisions from the comfort of their own homes. Details about this proposed change were included in the recent mailings from Crest Management, along with candidate profiles and proxy forms.
How to Prepare and Participate
Seating inside the clubhouse is limited, so residents are kindly encouraged to bring a chair if possible. With any luck, the October weather will be cool and inviting for both indoor and outdoor participation.
Residents unable to attend in person can submit a proxy form, which will be included in the materials mailed out ahead of the meeting. These documents also contain essential information about each candidate and the proposed by-law changes.
For anyone interested in getting more involved, the HOA is actively seeking Board candidates. Residents who would like to serve are invited to complete the candidate questionnaire and send it to Pam at pam@crest-management.com. Pam is also available to answer questions at 281-945-4618.
