The Lakemont neighborhood pool, situated at the Lakehouse, 21021 Lakemont Bend Ln, Richmond, TX 77407, provides a fantastic opportunity for residents to relax, connect with their neighbors and beat the Texas heat. Access to this communal facility is simple and straightforward, requiring residents to submit a form to Graham Management to obtain pool access cards.
As a new homeowner in Lakemont, you are entitled to receive 2 pool access cards. Simply fill out and submit the necessary information to Graham Management, as detailed on the pool access card registration form on the community website here.
In the event that a card is lost or misplaced, replacement cards can be conveniently purchased for a fee of $35 per card. Payment for replacement cards can easily be made online here.
As soon as the cards are ready for collection, residents will be notified via a call or an email. To get an additional or replacement card, reach out to the Lakemont On-Site Office located at 21021 Lakemont Bend Lane, or alternatively, fill out an online form and make the necessary payment.
