Get Ready to Dive Into Summer in West Memorial
Summer is just around the corner, and that means pool season will be here before we know it! Although the pool is closed until summertime, you can get ready to dive into summer fun at your neighborhood pool now!
If you haven't registered for an Access Cards, this is a great time to submit your request. Note that Access Cards are required to enter the facility. Simply email your registration form to High Sierra Management at bbotello@highsierramanagement.com and your card will be mailed to you. You are also welcome to visit High Sierra's management office at 722 Pin Oak Road, Katy, TX 77494 Monday through Friday between 8-5 pm to register. If you already have a card, there's no need to request a new one! Existing access cards are programmed for access each year for all members in good standing with the Association.

Please note that two (2) cards allowed per household; one (1) at no charge and one (1) additional for a $25.00 fee. A $25.00 fee will also be required for replacement of lost, stolen or damaged access cards. For the safety of al residents, lost, stolen or damaged access cards will be automatically suspended from use in the gate system once reported.
Do you rent a home in West Memorial? Keep in mind that residents who lease their homes must provide a copy of the front page of the current lease that lists all persons (and their respective ages) residing in the home prior to a tenant being able to register for pool access.
