Get Ready for Summer Fun: How to Obtain Pool Access Tags for Cinco Ranch Pools

April 10 2024

As the warm weather approaches, Cinco Ranch I residents have an exciting opportunity to enjoy the neighborhood pools, but before diving in, learn more about how to secure pool access tags for a hassle-free experience.

Pools in Cinco Ranch

Between Cinco I and Cinco II, residents have access to a total of eleven (11) pools for their enjoyment, all of which are alcohol and tobacco-free. The pool season officially kicks off on Memorial Day weekend and concludes after Labor Day weekend.

For the safety and well-being of all residents, individuals who have experienced symptoms of illness within the past 72 hours should refrain from entering the pool area.

Here are the locations and operating hours for the Cinco I pools:

Here are the locations of the Cinco Ranch II pools. Note that hours will need to be confirmed on the CR2 website:

When visiting your neighborhood pools, please limit items to towels, hats, a change of clothes, personal disinfectant, sunblock, hand sanitizer, portable folding chair(s), water bottles, drinks in plastic or metal containers (no glass), and coolers.

For safety reasons, the minimum age to visit a Cinco I pool without an adult is 14 years old. Paddle boats are available during Beach Club pool hours for added enjoyment.

Accessing Cinco Ranch Pools

To gain entry into the pools, residents must have a pool key and ID. Each household is entitled to one key card, allowing entry for the household plus up to four (4) guests. If there are more than four guests, an additional key card is required for each additional person in the group. Key cards can be ordered through TownSq or obtained at the HOA office.

For new residents, obtaining pool tags is a straightforward process. Simply gather your closing documents, picture ID, and a personal check or money order for payment. Remember, debit or credit cards are not accepted. Head over to the Cinco Associations Office located at 3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy, TX 77494, between 9 am and 5 pm, and our friendly staff will assist you in getting your pool tags. Each pool card costs $25.00, with a maximum of four cards per household. Alternatively, cards are available for order through TownSq.

If you've misplaced your pool card or need an additional one, don't worry. Just bring your picture ID and payment to the Cinco Associations Office, and we'll take care of the rest.

For renters leasing a home in Cinco Ranch I, accessing pool amenities requires a Notice of Tenant Residency Form (NTRF), signed by both the property owner and tenant. Along with the NTRF, provide a copy of the signed lease agreement, picture ID, and payment to the Cinco Associations Office. This ensures everyone's enjoyment of the pools while abiding by the community's rules and regulations.

Remember, each pool card allows for up to four guests, so you can share the fun with friends and family. If you have any questions or need further assistance, reach out to our Onsite Management Team using the Contact Us form—we're here to help.

For Cinco Ranch II residents west of Katy Gaston, pool access is obtained differently. Visit or call your HOA Office at 25202 Springwood Lake Drive, Katy, TX 77494, or dial 231-394-7195 (open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) to obtain pool keys. Alternatively, you can visit the Pools page on the Cinco II website for more information.
