Get Involved in Grand Lakes: Attend HOA Board Meetings and Help Shape Your Community’s Future

October 30 2025

For Grand Lakes residents, you already know it’s more than just a neighborhood—it’s a vibrant, thriving community where families grow, friendships flourish, and neighbors look out for each other. But did you know there’s an easy and impactful way to stay informed and help guide the future of Grand Lakes? It all starts with showing up to your HOA Board meetings.

Held on the fourth Monday of every month, Grand Lakes HOA Board meetings are your chance to connect directly with community leadership, learn about neighborhood updates, and voice your thoughts on issues that matter most to you and your neighbors. Whether it’s park upgrades, landscaping, events, or community safety, these meetings are where key decisions begin—and your input makes a difference.

Meeting Location

  • Venue: Seven Meadows Clubhouse
  • Address: 23610 Seven Meadows Parkway, Katy, TX 77494 (MAP)

Each meeting is open to all residents of Grand Lakes, and attending is a great way to stay engaged, ask questions, and participate in meaningful conversations about the future of your community. Even if you don’t have a specific concern, being present helps you stay informed on policies, budgets, maintenance updates, and future plans that affect your daily life in Grand Lakes.
