Fulshear Gears Up for National Night Out 2025 with Police Department Open House and Family Fun
National Night Out is around the corner, and the Fulshear Police Department is rolling out a warm welcome for residents who want to celebrate safety, connection, and community spirit together.
Whether you’re planning to attend a neighborhood block party or are just looking for a way to get involved with your local first responders, the Fulshear PD invites you to stop by their National Night Out gathering on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in the City Hall parking lot at 6611 W. Cross Creek Bend Blvd. from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
This year’s event promises something for everyone. Attendees will have the chance to explore police and fire vehicles and equipment, take photos with community mascot Sergeant McCann, and even meet the department’s beloved K-9 officer, Blu.

The family-friendly evening is part of Fulshear’s broader efforts to strengthen the bond between public safety officials and the people they serve. Kids and adults alike are encouraged to come out, ask questions, and learn more about the life-saving work happening right here in our hometown.
And if you’re hosting or attending a neighborhood National Night Out party, consider swinging by the City Hall event either before or after. It’s a great way to extend the celebration—and meet more neighbors while you’re at it.
If your group is planning to host a neighborhood event or if you’d like your visit to be included in the official patrol schedule, don’t wait—registration closes Friday, October 3, 2025. For questions or more information, contact Captain Mike McCoy at mmccoy@fulsheartexas.gov with the name of the block party organizer, phone number, and address of the event.
Let’s make this National Night Out one to remember—together!
