Friendly Reminder: Stone Gate Annual Assessments Due January 1
We'd like to gently remind you about our yearly assessments, a small yet crucial part of owning property in our delightful community. These assessments, which are separate from your mortgage escrow, are due annually on January 1st. Getting your payments in on time (by January 30th) ensures everything runs smoothly and helps us avoid those pesky late fees which are processed on January 31st for any outstanding balance.
One important thing to note is that our onsite office won't be able to accept payments, but don't worry! We've made it easy for you. You can use TownSq or send payments directly to the lockbox.
