As we approach the end of the year, this is a friendly reminder for those who have not yet paid their 2024 HOA dues. It’s important to settle these dues as soon as possible to ensure that your account is up to date before the 2025 HOA dues notices are mailed out.

Your annual maintenance fees play a crucial role in keeping our community amenities in top shape. The swimming pool, tennis courts, and the beautiful landscaping throughout our common areas are all funded by these dues. For your convenience, the pool and tennis courts are located at 1710 Shillington, along Fry Road between Shillington and Greenwind Chase.
