Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels' Greater Gatherings Return

Greater Gatherings are back at The Bud O'Shieles Community Center in Rosenberg. The Senior Senior Prom kicked off the celebrations in May, followed by a Independence Day Talent Show. Other Gatherings will include a Veterans Day Recognition Lunch, Thanksgiving Lunch, and a Holiday Party. These events are made possible by NRG Energy and Local NRG WA Parrish employees.

Fort Bend Seniors operates 8 senior center locations for seniors age 60 and better living in Fort Bend and Waller counties. The centers are available to participants at no cost and transportation is available for those who no longer drive. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 12:30 PM, participants can enjoy activities like bingo, arts and crafts, fitness classes, lunch, and much, much more.
