First Watch to Open in Creekside Park West, Bringing Award-Winning Brunch to Tomball Area in 2026
Tomball area residents will soon have a fresh new option for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, as First Watch prepares to open a new restaurant in Creekside Park West. The popular daytime dining chain, known for its chef-inspired menu and seasonal ingredients, is set to begin renovations this fall at 26435 Kuykendahl Rd, Suite 900.
The project, valued at $750,000, involves renovating a 4,472-square-foot second-generation space into a welcoming neighborhood brunch spot. Construction is scheduled to start in October 2025, with anticipated completion set for December 2026. When finished, the restaurant will become part of the fast-growing Creekside corridor that connects Tomball, The Woodlands, and Spring.
