Females In Action Workout Group in Katy Celebrates One-Year Anniversary
FiA stands for Females In Action, we are a peer led workout group open to women ages 18 and older at all different fitness levels. Our mission is to push women out of their comfort zones to become the best versions of themselves, while delivering quality peer-led workouts, community, and a place to call their own.
Not only will you get a great workout each time you show up but we can guarantee that you will also be surrounded by women who are going to encourage you, support you, and challenge you when you need it. We are intent on building relationships with each other through workouts, coffee dates, dinners, celebrations and more. FiA is Always Free, Always Outside, Always Women.
In fact, FiA Katy just celebrated our One Year Anniversary! We had women gather from all of our nearby locations and participate in a fun, competitive workout!
