Exciting changes are happening in Falcon Ranch! The Falcon Ranch HOA Board has officially welcomed two new members, filling vacant seats and ensuring continued strong leadership for the community.

- President: Mary Beth Jones
- Vice President: Erin Hughes
- Secretary: Becky Neely
- Finance: Michael Calcagno (newly elected on 1/28/25)
- Member-at-Large: Wayne Marquis (newly elected on 1/28/25)
Becky Neely and Wayne Marquis were elected at the annual meeting on January 28, 2025, filling two vacant seats on the board. Their addition brings fresh perspectives and energy to the team, and they are eager to work alongside the community to maintain and improve Falcon Ranch.
Stay Involved – Attend HOA Meetings
Residents are encouraged to attend monthly HOA Board meetings, held at the Falcon Ranch Clubhouse (24820 Forest Canyon, Katy, TX 77494) on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. The board starts each meeting with an open session, giving residents a chance to voice concerns, ask questions, and share ideas.
If you have a specific issue you'd like addressed, you can submit a request in advance. The board values community feedback and wants to hear from you!
