Falcon Ranch Residents on High Desert Lane Honored with Yard of the Month for 20 Years of Community Pride
For Falcon Ranch residents Juan and Anna Efegeai, tending to their yard isn’t just about landscaping—it’s a celebration of home, nature, and community. Their commitment to keeping their property at 24827 High Desert Lane beautifully manicured and full of lush greenery recently earned them the Falcon Ranch HOA’s prestigious Yard of the Month award.
The recognition came after Falcon Ranch HOA Board President Mary Beth Jones noticed the couple’s dedication on a particularly hot day. “When I saw Juan and Anna Efegeai working on their yard and flower garden one very hot day, I knew they should be awarded the Falcon Ranch Yard of the Month honor,” said Jones.

Anna and Juan have called Falcon Ranch home for two decades, putting their heart and soul into creating a welcoming and attractive property. Their yard is a testament to that love, featuring a variety of flowers and plants thoughtfully arranged to create a stunning visual experience. “Their yard is perfectly manicured,” Jones shared. “Their flower garden is designed with a variety of flowers and plants. It all looks so beautiful.”
Jones expressed gratitude for the Efegeais’ enduring commitment to the neighborhood: “Thank you Anna and Juan for taking pride in your home and the Falcon Ranch community. We appreciate you!”
