Fairfield Christmas Market Vendor Registration Opens July 20 for December Shopping Tradition

July 10 2026

For local makers and small-business owners, the holiday season in Fairfield begins well before December.

Vendor registration for the 2026 Fairfield Christmas Market opens Monday, July 20, giving artisans, bakers, boutique owners and other entrepreneurs an opportunity to reserve space at one of the Fairfield community’s largest annual shopping events.

Sponsored by the Fairfield Women’s Club, the market will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at Good Shepherd Church, 20155 Cypresswood Drive in Cypress. More than 105 vendor spaces are planned, along with multiple food trucks serving shoppers throughout the day.

The outdoor market will be set up in the church parking lot near the U.S. 290 feeder road and will be held rain or shine.

A Holiday Marketplace for Local Makers and Businesses

The Fairfield Christmas Market has become an early Christmas shopping destination for Cypress-area families looking for handmade gifts, seasonal decorations, clothing, food and products from local vendors.

Last year’s market included Christmas crafts and collectibles, wreaths, swags, handmade home décor, door hangers, porch leaners, pottery, candles, crochet and macramé pieces, custom artwork, quilts, wooden signs and metal art.

Shoppers also found handmade jewelry, silver and gold jewelry, boutique clothing, custom T-shirts and hats, children’s clothing, baby products, toys, books, puzzles, essential oils, car fresheners, local honey, beeswax products, insulated cups, cutting boards, wood-burned art, handmade fishing lures, Texas petroleum souvenirs, soaps and beauty products.

Food offerings included homemade breads, jams, jellies, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, hot cocoa, coffee and other sweets.

The wide variety makes the Fairfield Christmas Market especially appealing to residents hoping to complete some of their Christmas shopping while supporting independent businesses and creative neighbors close to home.

What Vendors Need to Know Before Registering

The 2026 vendor registration donation is $50 for one standard 12-by-12-foot booth space. Vendors interested in reserving more than one booth should indicate the number of spaces requested on the registration form and submit payment for each space.

Because the Fairfield Christmas Market is an outdoor event, vendors must provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Electricity will not be available.

Only one distributor from each direct-sales company will be accepted. The Fairfield Women’s Club reserves the right to refund a vendor if another representative from the same company registers first.

Prospective vendors can direct additional questions to fwcchristmasmarket@gmail.com

Vendors Warned to Use Official Fairfield Women’s Club Payment Methods

Organizers are also reminding applicants to be cautious of individuals claiming to collect vendor payments on behalf of the club.

The Fairfield Women’s Club does not solicit money through personal Facebook posts or individual email addresses. Official payments are accepted only through the Fairfield Women’s Club PayPal page or by check mailed to:

The Fairfield Women’s Club
16055 Mason Road
Cypress, TX 77433

Vendors should not mail or transfer money directly to an individual claiming to represent the organization.

Lighted Christmas Parade Will Follow the Market

The holiday celebration will continue after the market with the Fairfield Lighted Christmas Parade at 5:30 p.m.

The parade will begin at Ault Elementary School and proceed to the Central Park Clubhouse. Community members are welcome to participate in the procession or watch from the sidewalk as decorated vehicles, groups and neighbors make their way through Fairfield.

Together, the Christmas market and evening parade offer residents a full day of shopping, food and familiar neighborhood traditions.

Fairfield Women’s Club Has Served the Community for More Than 33 Years

The Fairfield Women’s Club is a nonprofit women’s organization based in the Fairfield community of Cypress. The volunteer-led group has been active for more than 33 years, bringing local women together for service projects, social activities, civic involvement and community events.

Many of its programs serve as fundraisers, with proceeds returned to Fairfield-area projects and local charitable organizations.

Annual activities include the spring and fall resident garage sale fundraisers, the Independence Day Parade, the 4th@Fairfield community celebration, the Fairfield Christmas Vendor Market, the Lighted Christmas Parade and the Mother-Daughter Graduation Tea.

The club also holds a monthly general meeting and Lunch Bunch gathering. General meetings are typically scheduled for the third Tuesday evening of each month at the Bradford Creek Clubhouse and Pool, 16011 Fairfield Green Circle in Cypress.

Membership is open to all adult female Fairfield residents and costs $30 annually. Guests are welcome to attend a general meeting or Lunch Bunch gathering before joining.

Residents interested in membership or the club’s mailing list can contact FairfieldWomensClub@gmail.com and follow the Fairfield Women’s Club Facebook page for event updates.

The Fairfield Women’s Club operates as a tax-exempt 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization.

Vendor registration for the Dec. 5 Fairfield Christmas Market opens July 20.
