Exterior Modifications in Cimarron
With the arrival of spring, many residents are thinking about making exterior modifications and enhancements to their homes. Please note that if you plan to make any type of improvement to the exterior of your home, all projects must be submitted through an Architectural Improvement Request Form to MASC Austin Properties, Inc. before starting the work. This includes painting the exterior, room addition, and replacement of the roof, driveway, and fence, etc.
