The Anniston community in Katy is set to enhance its appeal with the upcoming construction of the Gulf Coast Prairie & Marsh Amenity Center. Coming to 662 Anniston Lakes Drive, this new facility is expected to break ground in January 2025, with a projected completion date one year later, according to TDLR.

Spanning 3.8 acres, the Gulf Coast Prairie & Marsh will serve as the heart of Anniston's recreational offerings.
