The traditional ballot box takes a backseat this year, as Copper Lakes embraces online voting. The community saw more than double the voter participation during the first election with online voting, and it was a no-brainer to continue with this platform. The voting process is quick, easy, and ensures better election integrity. You received an invitation to vote via email from copperlakes@ivotehoa.com. John Peran
An Australian with a flair for Spanish, John Peran, is a candidate whose strength lies in his consummate management skills. A Business graduate with a focus on Operations Management, John is a two-time recipient of the Australian Manager of the Year award. His passion for efficient processes and business optimization is no secret, and he looks forward to bringing these qualities to the Board.
Miguel Moises Serrano, PhD
Meet Miguel, a brilliant Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence specialist boasting a PhD from the renowned Georgia Institute of Technology. Living in Copper Lakes for three years, Miguel has developed a strong attachment to the neighborhood. He wants to preserve its charm, safety, and value for all residents. His objective is to foster open communication and collaborative decision-making.
Paul Maner
Having spent six years on the Copper Lakes HOA board and another six on a non-profit board, Paul brings a wealth of experience to the table. This former IT manager for Shell and current recovery coach has a deep-rooted love for the Copper Lakes community. His familiarity with Roberts Rules for meetings could prove to be an asset for the Board.
