Since the early 1980s, KCM has served the most vulnerable in our community with tangible goods, aid, and hope. Staff and volunteers with KCM are dedicated to providing educational opportunities and resources that promote economic sustainability, healthy relationships, spiritual growth, and emotional healing for those living in poverty and/or abusive environments. KCM offers a wide range of services to those in need, including counseling, financial assistance, health benefits access, food assistance, 24/7 crisis hotlines for abuse victims, veteran support services, and more.

In 2022 alone, KCM distributed 1,381,900 meals and 1,658,280 pounds of food to food insecure families, serving 7,388 unduplicated families throughout 2022. In addition, KCM offered 34,561 case management sessions, distributed $407,863 to families at high risk for eviction and homelessness, loss of utility services or other essential needs, and provided gifts to thousands of children and senior adults in need through the Santa's Sleigh program.
