At Cypress Ranch High School, signing day once again highlighted the strength of its athletic programs and the dedication of its students.

During CFISD’s late spring signing day, multiple athletes committed to continuing their academic and athletic careers at colleges across the country.

A Milestone Worth Celebrating

For these athletes and their families, signing day represents years of effort and sacrifice.

It’s also a moment that connects the entire community—coaches, classmates and neighbors alike.

Cypress Ranch High School Signees

  • Men’s Basketball: Joshua Goodwin Jr. (Northeastern University)
  • Football: Louis Kelley, Mark Petties, Tyler Smith (Texas Lutheran University), Mason Leyja (Howard Payne University), Johnathan Long (Tyler Junior College)
  • Men’s Soccer: Tsali Atkins, Madix Leal (Southwestern Adventist University)
  • Softball: Darian Bridges (Tennessee State University)
  • Volleyball: Peyton Pierce (Xavier University of Louisiana)
  • Water Polo: Acen Shirley (Mt. San Antonio College), Angelina Smith (Austin College)
