
Cypress Ranch High School Athletes Commit to College Programs on Spring Signing Day 2025
Cypress Ranch High School celebrated an exciting Spring Signing Day on February 5, 2025, as five student-athletes signed letters of intent to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. These athletes, all representing football, are ready to make a lasting impact at their respective programs.
Football Players Sign with Prestigious College Programs
Five Cypress Ranch football players will take their talents to the next level. Owen Cossette committed to Franklin Pierce University, a private university in Rindge, New Hampshire, with an enrollment of approximately 2,400 students. Gabriel Ikechukwu signed with the University of Wyoming, a public institution in Laramie, Wyoming, with over 12,000 students. Carson Loeb will be heading to The University of Texas Permian Basin, a public university in Odessa, Texas, with around 5,000 students.

Robert Reedus is set to join the United States Air Force Academy, a highly selective service academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with about 4,000 cadets. Lastly, Matthew Ciers committed to the University of Central Oklahoma, a public university in Edmond, Oklahoma, enrolling over 14,000 students.
“We are incredibly proud of these student-athletes and all the hard work they have put in,” said Cypress Ranch High School’s athletic director. “They have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their sport and academics, and we look forward to seeing them succeed at the next level.”
