Cypress Meadow Invited to Clay Road HOA Annual Meeting: Elections, Updates, and Community Connection
Cypress Meadow residents are invited to take an active role in their community by attending the Clay Road HOA Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Poolhouse, located at 19230 Cypress Flower Dr, Katy, TX 77449. The evening will include the election of board members, a review of the state of the association, and an opportunity to connect with neighbors over light refreshments.
An HOA annual meeting is an important gathering for any neighborhood, typically held once a year to review community projects, finances, and overall operations. These meetings often include updates on landscaping, maintenance plans, budget performance, and upcoming initiatives designed to improve the neighborhood. Most importantly, residents have the chance to vote for board members who represent their interests and help guide the direction of the community.

Attending an HOA annual meeting gives homeowners the opportunity to stay informed, voice opinions, and help shape decisions that affect the neighborhood’s future. It also provides a setting for residents to meet board members, hear about ongoing and future projects, and learn about ways to get involved.
For Clay Road HOA, this year’s meeting is particularly focused on electing board members and reviewing the overall health of the community. It’s also an excellent opportunity for residents to connect, ask questions, and better understand how their HOA works behind the scenes to maintain and enhance property values.
