Clay Road HOA Board Meeting Set for April 15
The next Clay Road HOA Board Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the Cypress Meadow neighborhood clubhouse, located at 19230 Cypress Flower Dr., Katy, TX 77449, and all Cypress Meadow residents are cordially invited to attend. The meeting will begin with an executive session at 6:00 PM (closed to homeowners), followed by the open session at 7:00 PM, which is open to all Cypress Meadow residents.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend the open session, where they’ll have the opportunity to stay informed about neighborhood decisions, upcoming projects, and HOA community updates. These meetings provide valuable insight into how the community is managed, including budget discussions, maintenance plans, and resident concerns.
Attending the HOA Board meeting allows residents to engage directly with board members, ask questions, and voice opinions on matters that impact the neighborhood. It’s also an excellent way to stay involved and help shape the future of Cypress Meadow community development.
