Home Owner Associations usually have many rules and restrictions for the fronts of our homes. For instance, garbage cans cannot be stored in front of your house. They cannot be seen from the street. This also applies to recycle bins, grills, bikes etc. Our front porches driveways or yards should not appear to be storing items that would either belong in the backyard or should be stored in the garage. It’s an easy fix that costs nothing more than a little elbow grease. Just move them! Seems pretty simple. If you want to decorate a portion of the front of your house just provide a drawing or pictures of what you want to do and attach to an ACC form. It’s under governing documents on drop down blue button on this website. It may seem unimportant to some but the outward appearance of a home is what first draws potential home buyers.
