Make Time for Your Community
An annual meeting offers homeowners a reason to step back from the day-to-day routine and pay attention to the association that serves their neighborhood. Attending can help residents stay connected to community business and the people involved in carrying it out.
Before the meeting, review the official notice and any supporting materials provided by the HOA. If there is a neighborhood issue you want to better understand, jot it down ahead of time and follow the meeting’s procedures for questions or homeowner comments.
Plan Ahead for November 16
Allow a few extra minutes to arrive before the 6:30 p.m. start. Review the agenda and participation instructions ahead of time so you can arrive prepared.
