Copperfield Place Village Pool Card Access Restored for 2026 Season

June 19 2026

Copperfield Place Village residents should now be able to use their 2026 pool access cards without interruption after recent internet connectivity issues at the community pool were resolved.

According to an update from the Copperfield Place Village Board, pool cards that were programmed for the 2026 season are now being added to the gate access system. The connectivity issue had temporarily affected the process, but residents should now experience full functionality when using their pool cards.

The update comes as families and neighbors look forward to spending more time at the pool during the summer season, a central part of community life in Copperfield Place Village.

What Residents Should Know About Pool Access

Residents who had their pool cards programmed this year should now be able to access the pool gate as expected. The board thanked residents for their understanding and patience while the issue was being addressed.

If a resident continues to experience problems with their pool card, they are encouraged to contact SBB Management for assistance.

Support can be reached by email at support@sbbmanagement.com or by phone at 281-857-6027.
