For families, homeowners, and longtime residents alike, having your Copperfield Place Village pool card ready means uninterrupted access to one of the neighborhood’s most enjoyed amenities. It’s also a simple but important step in ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to summer.
Pool Access Cards: When and Where to Pick Up
Residents should plan ahead to pick up their FREE 2026 pool access cards, which are required for entry to the community pool located at 7410 Field Ridge Drive.
Card distribution will be available at the following times:
- After the Annual Meeting (May 11, 2026)
Community Center (open until 8:00 PM)
- Saturday, May 16, 2026
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the pool
- Saturday, May 23, 2026
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the pool
Each household is issued one pool access card, helping maintain controlled and secure access for residents.
For those unable to attend these scheduled pick-up dates, cards can still be obtained by contacting SBB Management. Residents may arrange to have their card mailed or pick it up directly from the management office.
It’s worth noting that a $10 late processing fee will apply for cards requested on or after June 12, 2026, and replacement cards are available for $25 if needed.

Why It Matters for Residents
While picking up a pool card may seem routine, it plays a bigger role in maintaining the quality and safety of shared community spaces. Controlled access helps ensure that Copperfield Place Village amenities remain reserved for residents, supporting both security and long-term upkeep.
For families, especially those with children home for the summer, having early access means more flexibility—whether it’s spontaneous afternoon swims or meeting neighbors at the pool after a long day.
Annual Pool Party Set for June 6
With pool season comes one of Copperfield Place Village’s most anticipated traditions—the Annual Pool Party, scheduled for:
- Saturday, June 6, 2026
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Location: 7410 Field Ridge Drive Pool
This family-friendly event invites residents to cool off, connect, and celebrate the start of summer together. Attendees can enjoy hot dogs, take part in games, and even win fun prizes throughout the afternoon.
It’s a chance for neighbors to catch up, for kids to make new friends, and for the community to come together in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Residents are encouraged to bring swimsuits, sunscreen, and a good dose of summer spirit.
What Happens Next
As pool season approaches, residents who haven’t yet done so should plan to attend one of the scheduled pick-up dates or make arrangements with SBB Community Management to avoid delays or additional fees.
With access cards in hand and the pool party around the corner, Copperfield Place Village is once again stepping into a season that reflects what many residents value most—shared spaces, familiar faces, and the simple joy of summer close to home.
