Copper Lakes HOA Special Meeting Set for January 30: Join the Discussion on Community Policies and Projects
The Copper Lakes Homeowners Association will host a Special Board Meeting on Friday, January 30, 2026, beginning at 4:15 PM via Zoom. All residents are encouraged to attend virtually and stay engaged with the latest updates on neighborhood finances, policies, and projects impacting the community.
Prior to the public session, the Board will hold an Executive Session from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM, which is closed to residents. Topics in this closed portion include delinquent accounts, deed restriction violations, and policy enforcement matters such as fishing signage and ARC violations.
The Open Session begins at 4:15 PM and will cover:
- Summary of enforcement actions from the executive session
- Approval of prior meeting minutes and December 2025 financials
- Ratification of contracts for mosquito control and pool equipment
- Community business updates, including perimeter brick wall surveys and HOA common area mapping
