Cool Off at 'Frosty Friday' in Katy This July with Free Snowcones, Pupcups, and Parks Fun
As the summer heat rises, the City of Katy is keeping things cool—and community-focused—with a festive series of Frosty Fridays throughout July. These family-friendly morning events are packed with cool treats, parks updates, and pet-friendly fun, all in celebration of Parks and Recreation Month 2025.
Thanks to the generosity of Chewy Vet Care, attendees at two of the July events will enjoy free snowcones courtesy of the popular Snowie snowcone stand, along with giveaways, swag, and a chance to connect with the Katy Parks Department.
