The Twin Lakes community is getting into the holiday spirit with Cookies & Cocoa with Santa on Sunday, December 14, 2025. Families are invited to gather at the Twin Lakes Clubhouse for a cozy afternoon of festive fun and sweet treats. Hosted by the TLWA, the event is designed for neighbors to slow down, share a warm cup of cocoa, and make memories together before the holiday rush.

From 4:00 to 5:30 p.m., little ones can visit the photo booth for cheerful snapshots, enjoy face painting, and drop their wish lists into the Letters to Santa station. Parents can mingle with neighbors while the kids glow with excitement—this is an easy, close-to-home way to capture the magic of the season without the long lines or crowded venues.

Admission is $15 per family, and space is limited. Residents are encouraged to RSVP by Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to secure their spot. Early responses help the volunteer team plan enough cookies, cocoa, and supplies for every child.
