City of Tomball Mayor Lori Klein Quinn to Speak at Next Lions Club Meeting
The Tomball Lions meet at Martha's Mexican Restaurant, located at 1025 Alma Street in Tomball, from Noon to 1:00 PM on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. Guests are always welcome to attend the Tomball Lions Club meetings.
Formed in April of 1982 by Tomball Judge Joe Mahan, the Tomball Lions Club is a civic organization that was created to help meet the needs of children in our school district on a case by case basis who were in need of glasses and could not afford them. Today, the Tomball Lions Club serves the community of Tomball in many ways, including the TEAM resale shop and the Tomagwa Free Health Clinic. The Tomball Lions Club also seeks special needs candidates to attend The Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, which allows children with disabilities to take part in summer camp activities surrounded by other children with special needs. If you are interested in visiting the organization, please call 713-410-6542 or email info@tomballlionsclub.org for additional information.
