City of Katy Issues Reminder Concerning Fireworks Ahead of Independence Day

As you prepare for your 4th of July festivities, please remember fireworks are NOT allowed in city limits. This is a ticketable offense if not obeyed with a fine up to $200.00 and can result in seizure and destruction of such fireworks.
This does not include areas under limited purpose annexation (Willow Creek Farms) or the Greater Katy Area (Pin Oak Village, Firethorne, Cinco Ranch, Lakecrest and Williamsburg, etc. - remember to check County and HOA regulations).
